KATHRYN WHITE- Kathryn creates her wonderful, quirky folk art people from gourds, mica, handmade paper and other found objects.  Each one projects its' own sassy personality. She also creates wonderful collages, utilizing multiple media to produce fantastic images of fish and seabirds.  She draws inspiration from her childhood spent near the Atlantic Ocean in Jacksonville, Florida.  She has resided in the Tuscaloosa area for thirty years now, and teaches art at one of the local elementary schools.
